Project Overview

We designed and built a custom outdoor deck from scratch for a residential home in Scottsdale. The structure was engineered to withstand Arizona’s extreme heat and monsoon seasons.

What We Did

• Poured concrete footings anchored to frost depth
• Installed 6x6 pressure-treated posts and beam framework
• Used joist hangers and Simpson Strong-Tie hardware throughout
• Final structure passed city inspection on first submission

• Hot-dipped galvanized hardware
• Concrete Sonotube footings
